As a designer the most exciting thing is getting to see your design on the final product. No matter what it is, from newspapers to clothing I still get a giddiness when I see my designs.
My latest project was for the "Fight the Hype" campaign, a collaboration of Drug Prevention Resources, Inc. and Navarro College. The campaign was for the Navarro College campus and meant to share the truth rather than the hype about alcohol and drug use. The students decided on the concept of ninja animals which I illustrated and created the "Fight the Hype" logo with handmade type.
It was great working with Drug Prevention Resources and creating cute ninja characters.
